We are now in our Summer break, but will be exhibiting in Holmfirth Market Hall from Sunday 3rd July to Saturday 9th July as an Art Week Fringe Event. Meetings will restart on Monday 5th September at the Wooldale Community Centre.

Holmfirth Camera Club is a forum and meeting place for those in Holmfirth, the Holme Valley, and the surrounding area with an interest in photography.

Our meetings are informal, and we use them to learn from each other, share ideas, appraise images created by our members and learn from photographers of local and national acclaim. We enjoy an excellent programme of talks from visiting guest speakers, workshops on a wide range of photographic subjects, photographic competitions, and other activities aimed at motivating and encouraging each other to improve and develop our photographic skills. In addition, our meetings are just good social occasions.

Whether you are just beginning to explore photography or are already an experienced photographer, you will find our programme varied and of interest. You can be assured of a warm welcome too.

You are invited to join us at our regular series of weekly meetings on Monday evenings at 7.45pm at The Wooldale Community Centre, Robert Lane, Holmfirth from September to April, and occasional meetings from May to August. For more information of what it is we do, please see the “Club Syllabus” page above for details, or drop into our Annual Exhibition (Holmfirth Market Hall - 3rd to 9th July 2022).

If you would like to try us out for free with no charge or obligation for up to three meetings, please contact us on via our 'Get in Touch' link above. You can also check out our Facebook and Flickr sites.
